Career & Management Guide (CMGuide) is an independent bilingual site focuses on publishing articles about career development, management skills, and personal and professional growth in English and Arabic.
The website is managed by Dr. Samer Skaik, a contract & project management practitioner, academic and consultant with 25 years of experience. Dr Skaik holds a PhD in Construction Management from Deakin University in Australia, and a Master’s degree in Engineering Project Management from Heriot-Watt University in the United Kingdom, awarded with distinction. He also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the United States.
In parallel with his professional career, Dr. Skaik has engaged in literary writing, including a published poetry collection, and maintains an online platform for sharing his creative work. He is also the founder of Aklaam Cultural Magaznine which was established in December 1999.
